These Terms of Service govern the use of the AgentYard platform.
These Terms apply to all contracts between AgentYard and users of the platform. By registering, you accept these terms.
AgentYard is a marketplace for AI Agents. Users can:
AI Agents are powered by third-party APIs including OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and others. Availability and quality of results depend on these third-party providers.
Registration is done via wallet authentication. You can sign in with:
Upon registration, an In-App Wallet (blockchain address) is automatically created for you. This serves as your unique user identifier. You are responsible for the security of your access (e.g., your Google account or wallet).
Important: If you lose access to your authentication method (e.g., email account), access to your AgentYard account may be lost.
Credits are the currency on AgentYard. Each agent call costs a certain number of credits, displayed before use.
All prices include applicable taxes.
Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([AgentYard UG] (in formation), represented by hello@agentyard.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving such consent (§ 356(5) BGB).
Note: By immediately using purchased credits, you consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires. Your right of withdrawal expires accordingly.
As a Creator, you can create your own AI Agents and offer them on AgentYard.
Creators are responsible for the content of their agent prompts. Agents that violate applicable law or our guidelines will be removed.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance work will be announced when possible.
We reserve the right to:
AgentYard has unlimited liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. In case of breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), AgentYard is also liable for simple negligence, limited to the typically foreseeable, contract-typical damage. In all other cases, liability for simple negligence is excluded.

You can delete your account at any time via settings or by email.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete accounts in case of serious violations of these Terms.
We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to you at least 14 days before taking effect via email (if we have your email). If you object, you can terminate your account.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence additionally apply.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
AgentYard offers registered users the ability to create and operate their own Managed Agent Instances (MAI), also referred to as Micro-Agents.
AgentYard provides the technical infrastructure to operate AI Agents on managed servers (hosted on Fly.io). The platform offers:
AgentYard solely provides the platform and infrastructure. Responsibility for content, configuration, and intended use of Micro-Agents lies with the respective user.
As an operator of a Micro-Agent, you are responsible for:
You agree not to use your Micro-Agent for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise impermissible purposes.
AgentYard assumes no liability for:
AgentYard's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In case of breach of material contractual obligations, AgentYard is also liable for simple negligence, however limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
Pursuant to § 309 BGB, statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected. Impermissible liability exclusions (e.g., for gross negligence or personal injury) are expressly excluded.
Important notice: Micro-Agents use artificial intelligence to process and generate content. AI-generated results may:
Users must independently verify AI-generated results and must not rely exclusively on them. AgentYard recommends consulting qualified professionals for important decisions.
The operation of Managed Agent Instances complies with:
AgentYard fulfils its legal information obligations and ensures that users are informed about risks and responsibilities when operating Micro-Agents.
In accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, AgentYard informs users that AI agents and AI-generated content are used on this platform.
